TROUBLES ....WHAT TROUBLES IN THE REGION?!

Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you we had the most fabulous break at the Marriott Hotel in Taba Heights last week. We were there back in November 2002 and simply couldn't stay away. As for those Brits too scared to travel.... have a look on your own doorstep! Taba Heights is an ideal place to forget all about news and troubles of the world - simply a world away. See you in the summer and thanks again. By the way, your staff are a pleasure to deal with - making a change to be able to talk to a person and not a machine.

FANTASTIC & BRILLIANT!!!

My friend and I have just spent a week at the Marriott in Taba Heights. What can we say other than Fantastic room, Brilliant friendly staff, great excursion to Cairo and the snorkelling was out of this world. We will be definately going back, a throughly relaxing trip

THUMBS UP!!

I wanted to write to thank you for one of the most excellent holidays. I am not one for 'package' holidays but have found that booking through you has been a changing experience.

It started with speaking to several of your sales consultants, each knew the hotels and was able to give valuable advice, which helped me reach my decision to go to the Hyatt Regency in Taba.

The Astraeus flight was very good, on time, with pleasant cabin crew. I do so prefer North Terminal at Gatwick; less crowded. Booking in was quick and it was good to have a rep there at check in.

We have been to Egypt before but the hotel was far better than we had hoped for. Everyone was so very friendly, from meeting us at the airport; check in was well organised, with cases taken to our room. Really nice touches like the welcome drink through to the 'goodbye cookie' and the staff to wave us off. What was particularly nice was there was no rush, no pressure, plenty of space around the pools, (although we preferred the beach,) we didn't even see a car for a week!!

The dining staff were very polite and helpful, as was the guy on the beach - say HI to Aziz!!

The room was lovely, cool and clean and well maintained by the hotel staff. I filled in the questionnaire but thought you would like another 'thumbs up

We would love to come back and perhaps bring our family.

THANK YOU PELTOURS

Dear Peltours

I just thought I would write and tell you what a great holiday we had in Taba Heights.

We went out on 9th October with Astraeus. Although our flight suffered a bit of a delay, Astraeus were very forthcoming with information.

We found your representatives friendly, knowledgable and approachable without them being pushy and wanting to sell us trips. In fact we did decide to take the day trip to Cairo which although a long day was well worth getting up at 4:15am for. We were well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

The hotel, The Hyatt, was excellent and our room had a sea view with views across to Jordan and Saudi Arabia. It was kept spotless everyday and our room attendant Mohammed was both friendly and efficient. We were able to spend most of the daytime by one of the pools and in the afternoon go down to the beach for a spot of snorkelling.

You might like to advise people that there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

We had a great holiday and thought it was excellent value for money.

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY

Just a quick note to say thanks for a fantastic holiday, I came back from Egypt on Friday morning and have been raving about it to anyone who'll listen!!!! The trip was superbly organised and your staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and professional, I couldn't have asked for a better time, and I was so impressed with level of service from everyone from the Travel Consultant on the phone to the staff in the hotel. The whole trip was excellent value for money, I will be back

1ST CLASS HOLIDAY OF A LIFE TIME!!!!!

I have just returned from my holiday in Egypt. Everything was 1st class. The arrangements were perfect and to have our own guide in Cairo was just unbeleivable. The people who looked after us on arrival and departures to and from the airports were so lovely and they took the stress out of travelling.

The 'Marriott' Hotel in Cairo was magnificent as was the boat - OBEROI SHAHRAYER - Do not believe anyone who says the cabins are all the same. Thanks to you, we had a cabin upgraded and we had a king size bed and a 'put-u-up'
settee.

The holiday was superb and the attention from you, wonderful

A FIRST CLASS HOLIDAY

A wonderful experience, my faith has now been restored in package holidays with excellent customer service. Every detail was catered for, from thoughtful agent to the very end with gifts but mostly the staff waving us goodbye. Thank you Peltours we will be recommending you to all our friends

Book with the Experts!!!!!!!!!!

The Hyatt Resort was excellent as was the service throughout. It was refreshing to travel with "Experts" rather than the "Mass Tour Operators" that spread there resouces and Knowlege thinly over many countries and resorts. Thank you Peltours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
