SIMPLY GREAT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!

On the 6th June 05 we took a holiday with you to El Alamein can I say that the holiday started so smoothly, the airline seating, checking in and all staff were perfect. Moving on to the hotel the Movenpick, the whole package was simply great from the top to the bottom, the staff were so friendly and helpful the quality of food was good and also your representatives at the hotel were always at hand and nothing was too much trouble. Usually there is always a lttle niggle and things that can be bettered but not in this case.
I just felt a letter was in order to let you know you are doing things right.
We shall be doing the Nile next year and your brochure will be first on our list.

A WONDERFUL WEEK AT THE MARRIOTT

Dear sir/madam

We returned yesterday from our first holiday in Egypt, where we spent a wonderful, restful week at the Marriott in Taba Heights. The holiday went without a hitch, from the telephone booking shortly before our departure to our return home. The return flight was delayed (not the fault of the airline Astraeus) but your Peltours staff on site at the hotel kept us up to date and took care of us during the delay; a special word of praise for your resort Manager, Jill, who is highly competent, knowledgeable and helpful.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them - they are so proud of their resort and their country and seemed genuinely pleased to welcome us and to ensure that we would want to return - which of course we do!

So many thanks for a super holiday - we will have no hesitation in recommending Peltours and the Marriott at Taba Heights to our family and friends.

Thanks and appreciation

I have just returned from a holiday in the Marriott Beach Resort, Taba Heights. I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service I recieved from not only the airline, Astreaus, but also the hotel and all of the staff. I would definitely recommend Peltours and would not hesitate to return and use your agency again.

Do not change a thing...IT WORKS

To whom it may concern

Too often in this life we can be quick to criticise and raise a fuss over poor service and substandard products. I have to include myself in that observation. So it comes as a refreshing change to furnish praise and testament by far to the quality service from Peltours.

Marriott resort Taba Heights for one week 13/03/05 to 20/03/05. I could go on and on in order to put a scale to our pleasure, but it would just get boring. So please keep this little gem of a location a secret so we may enjoy it as before.

Quality service, staff, location and great value for money. Peltours staff welcoming, friendly, efficient and a credit to your company. We will be booking again through Peltours, do not change a thing ....IT WORKS.

Excellent Value for Money

Dear Peltours

I have just returned from a week in Taba staying at the Sofitel Hotel in taba Heights with my daughter aged 8 years and would like to tell you that it exceeded all my expectations.

The service we received from Peltours staff from booking the holiday, to being looked after in resort was second to none. Your rep Jill is excellent and has a great rapport with the clients and all your reps are on hand to care for their needs and have a great knowledge of the country.

The Sofitel really is child-friendly and they cope well even when the hotel is full. Mind you, you do need to be patient in Egypt, service can be a little slow - but it's worth waiting for. I can;t wait to book my next trip - thank yuo for introducing e to such a beautiful place.

THANK YOU PELTOURS

Just to say a big thank you to Peltours, we got back on Sunday 12/02/05 after a delay of 5 hours, not Peltours or the airlines fault but you and the Marriott Beach Resort did your best to make things as pleasant as possible. We had a wonderful time in Taba Heights at the Marriott. A big thank you to your staff there with a special thanks to Mohamed your rep, the Marriott hotel and to Astraeus airline (loads of legroom on the plane), I wish all charter flights were like this.

We will definitely go again.

Supberb Holiday

We arrived from Taba on Monday 7th July in the evening after staying 7 nights at the Hyatt Hotel in Taba and felt we had to let you know that although we had not travelled with Peltours before, the service we received during our holiday was excellent.

We booked our holiday direct with yourselves and from that first telephone call, booking the holiday could not have been easier. Customers services/sales could not have done more to ensure that the details of our holiday was correct even providing us with information of the hotel and the local services available in the area including excursions.

The flight service was excellent and the transfer from the flight to the hotel was faultless. The way in which details were handled by all staff concerned both in the UK and Egypt really made us feel our holiday had started from the moment we entered the flight at Gatwick and that level of service continued right the way through the holiday until we arrived back in the UK.

There is nothing we can think of that would improve the holiday and will definately be travelling with Peltours again, in fact, we are thinking of returning to the Hyatt in Taba in September.

Fab & Great Value

Peltours London were very efficient. The Hyatt was fabulous and great value. The food was continually excellent. I have no problems in recommending Peltours and Taba Heights to family and friends and will be definitely be back!!
