THE HYATT REGENCY WAS OUTSTANDING!

Enjoyable experience at El Alamein

The food at the hotel was exceptionally good along with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was beautiful. We are all rested, tanned and relaxed. A thoroughly enjoyable experience - Thank you.

El of an holiday in El Alamein

Hi. Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our week at the Movenpick El Alamein and to say how helpful our Peltours Representative was. We asked him to help us extend our stay to Siwa and beyond, and he did his very best to answer all our queries.

We did not have a chance to fill out a questionnaire, but our only gripe was the continual and loud muzak that was played in the dining room – surely nobody really wants this, especially at breakfast! Otherwise, no complaints, and we look forward to travelling with you again.

Fantastic 5* Movenpick Resort

Excellent service/staff in Egypt. Once resort is fully operational and all facilities are available it will be fantastic. Very good start though!!

Great value - will be amazing when completed

Dear Sirs,

Just returned from our holiday in your new resort of El Alamein. I think this will be sensational when it is all completed but what an opportunity to visit Alexandria and Cairo - unmissable ! Make sure you tell everyone how close and amazing they are but you should also ensure that the hotel press forward with their plans to open the Spa - it will be a winning combination when they do. not much to do if the weather turns bad otherwise - I know it is unlikely but you never know.
Thanks for such excellent organisation and look forward to seeing what this Taba Heights resort we know you feature is like with you in October.

An experience I'll never forget - from a travel agent

Just a quick email to say a big thank you for all your help in sorting out the new dates etc for Egypt. After such a stressful few weeks it was just the break we needed.

The Movenpick hotel in El Alamein is lovely and our room was perfect. The staff were very friendly and the service from your representative was faultless. Ahmed (I think that was his name) the young chap from the Marriott did remember us so it was good to receive such a warm welcome.

The trip for the war museum and the cemetery is probably the best value for money ever. And Cairo for the day trip is one I will recommend. An excellent day. A trip that Tim and I will never forget.

There are still a few teething problems but the hotel staff could not do enough to help us.

We will not hesitate to send our clients to this new resort.
