Dear Sir,
My wife and I returned yesterday from the "Gift of the Nile" cruise. We have been on numerous holidays throughout the world over the years and have never before been prompted nor found it necessary to write to the tour operator upon our return.
However, on this occassion we felt we had to write to say what a truly wonderful trip we had. Everything was superb right from British Airways check-in at Heathrow to baggage collection there yesterday. In fact the service, transport, accomodation, cruise and excursions all far surpassed our wildest expectations in quality.
We want to comment particularly on the fantastic service we received from your agent in Egypt - Travel Plus. All their staff, without any exceptions and in all locations, gave a friendly first-class service which we have never before experienced and which was truly exceptional. They could not have done more than they did to make us welcome and their arrangements were perfect. Also, their excursion guides in Cairo and Abu Simbel were both excellent, imparting information in just the right quantities in a very friendly way with a sense of humour and passion for the country and its remarkable antiquities.
The Nile cruise on the Oberoi Shehrayar again was excellent and the accomodation, meals and service onboard was second to none as was the Conrad Hotel in Cairo which which Valerie fortunately recommended to our travel agent on booking.
We truthfully could not find fault with any of the arrangements made on the tour even if we tried. Everything was excellent from start to finish.
Thank you so much for a truly wonderful holiday, one we will never forget.

We got back on Saturday for a fantastic 7 nights in Taba Heights staying at the Hyatt. We had an amazing time, met some lovely people and really enjoyed every minute.
We found the trip to be very well organised and the Egyptian people so friendly and have returned home with some amazing memories

A briliant holiday. Very enjoyable. We went to the Marriott hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the weather was great. The trip to Petra was lovely. Our tour guide was informative. The food was good in the hotel. Very relaxing, Well done Peltours !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much Peltours for a fantastic holiday. We stayed at the Sofitel Hotel, food was great and the staff wonderful. Being the owner of a disability shop, I couldn't help but look around the Hotel for disability access, there are plenty of lifts and sloping floors for wheelchair access.
Well done Peltours.

We have just returned from a fantastic weeks stay at The Marriott in Taba Heights. Everything from the flights, accomodation & general organisation (inc. the 'birthday bash'), was first class.

In this often busy world we do not take the time to say thank you. We stayed at the Sofitel, Taba Heights, from October 2 to October 9. I can only praise your staff for the support and help they gave us after the tragic bombing of the Taba Hilton. Someone was on the desk for 24 hours the next day, kindness and reassurance all the way, well done to all your staff. Please pass this on to them.
We will be back to Taba Heights soon.

I would like to convey my thanks to Darren Panto and his team at Peltours for providing such an informative and fun training evening - and an excellent meal
In my 20 years in travel, I have never been to such an upbeat, fun promotion as the one at The Four Seasons hotel in London.
I will certainly remember Peltours from now on for all holidays to Egypt, as well as its incredible support to independent agents.
I almost made a sale on the Tube going home - a man asked me about the Peltours promotional bag I had, as he had visited Egypt 25 times and loves it
