My husband and I have just returned from a fifteen day 'Where ancient meets new' Peltours holiday, in Egypt.
I felt that I had to write to compliment you on the excellent service that we received from all of Peltours/Travel Plus representatives. Our travel arrangements were dealt with smoothly, efficiently, and in a very professional manner. The representatives were also very friendly, helpful and informative.

The accommodation was very good, the tour guides were excellent, and the whole holiday was a wonderful experience.
We would thoroughly recommend Peltours to friends and colleagues considering a holiday to Egypt.

WELL DONE TO PELTOURS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On February 14th, for one week I went on a Peltours Break to Taba Heights and stayed in the Marriott Hotel. I wanted to say that I stay in my business at many hotels throughout Europe and the level of service I experienced at the Marriott was the best I have ever encountered. The staff couldn't do enough for myself, my wife or my two teenage daughters and were very kind and attentive to our needs. The buffet food was of excellent standard to the point that although we booked half board we never felt the need to eat away from the hotel due to the food quality. We also took advantage of several of your well organised trips and one of the Peltours tour guides Mr Walla Roshdy El Brollosy was so helpful, his knowledge Egyptology was superb and he helped us also with the local knowledge and customs. In short he was a mind of information. He took great care of us during our day to ensure all our needs were met and we were taken aback by his kindness and efforts he showed to my family during the day and equally on our last day booking into the airport. In short he is an absolute credit to your company and a great ambassador.

Finally it goes without saying, that my family are already talking about their next holiday with Peltours and parting in more of your organised excursions.

EXCELLENCE ALL ROUND

My wife and I recently travelled to Taba Heights with Peltours. I want to thank you for a wonderful holiday and to congratulate your staff on being absolutely brilliant throughout.

They were not just professional, highly efficient and helpful but cheerful and friendly as well. They seemed to genuinely to care that our holiday went well and because of that attitude of course it did. We met alot of your staff as we went on two major trips - to Jerusalem and over night
to Cairo.

The Marriott was wonderful choice and the food, accommodation and staff could not be bettered.

To place this letter in context, can I say that I have reached the age of 60 (though don't look it) and this is the first time I have ever felt moved to write such a letter
It is a pleasure to acknowledge such excellence.

NEWS YEARS TO REMEMBER!!

My wife and I wish to highly commend all staff at the Marriott Hotel for a magnificent New Years Eve Celebration.
We do very much appreciate all the hard work by everybody concerned that goes into the preparation and organisation of such an event.

We thought that the whole package was excellent with the entertainment being a mix of western & local cultures, a wonderful balance. The food, as normal throughout the week was exceptional. The team of chefs must have worked incredibly hard to produce such a wonderful display, array and variety of food. The waiters also on top form, being efficient, courteous and fun. A dificult combination under such pressure.

WE have throughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in comming back or recommending the hotel to others.

MARRIOTT BEACH OASIS

We are four adults, two couples. We returned from Taba Heights Marriott on 1st March 2004 having had one of the most relaxing weeks we've had in ages.
From the very outset, I was impressed by the efficient way I was dealt with by Peltours staff in my telephone and e-mail dealings with them.
The flight was above average and Astreus, despite being a little known airline, were very good. I was a little suprised as to their efficiency and their very well exectuted emulation of some of the "bigger" carriers.
Being met at the airport by Peltours rep's was a welcome relief, especially considering it looked like we had just landed in Mars!
The air--conditioned coach took us on the very interesting magical mystery tour through the mountains to the resort.
WOW!" When the Egyptians mean business they mean business..
blasting through the mountains to make a road 17 miles long.
The Oasis that is the Marriott, looked fantastic on our arrival. Inviting, impressive, organised. The rooms were fantastic. Clean, well equipped and spacious.
The grounds, facilities (Pool/Spa), restaurants all A1. The staff were polite, genuine, keen and eager to please.
The beach is a little stoney in parts, but once over the tiny strip of stones you can walk for a good 300 metres without having to swim. The fish beneath your feet are wonderful, a mask and snorkel are a must!!
We used the local dive centre, Waterworld, for Scuba and parascending. A slick, smart, helpful bunch of folk. The free shuttle bus to the dive centre our only excursion!
The four of us went for relaxation, leaving the kids at home. Relaxation is what we achieved

WELL DONE PELTOURS !! WELL DONE MARRIOTT!!

We have already started to plan the summer holiday and would use Peltours again in an instant and would return to the Marriott tomorrow!!!

GREAT HOLIDAY

My wife and I travelled with your company on 28 February to the Marriott Hotel in Taba Heights. It was a superb holiday in an excellent hotel with great service, wonderful food and terrific amenities and swimming. The excursions on offer were great and thoroughly enjoyed Petra and St Catherine's. The whole holiday was a delight and wonderful value for money. We can highly reccomend it!!!!

GREAT STAY AT THE HYATT

We have just returned for the Hyatt Regency. The service was good but a little slow at times. The staff were very friendly. The only complaint we have is there was a need for more variety of entertainment in the evenings. Food was great only far too much. More shops were needed. Thanks again for a great holiday

Good Work Peltours

We had never heard of Peltours so were a little concerned. Our fears were grandless however as we had a superb holiday.
The overnight trip to Cairo was excellent - What a city!!
