Our holidays was made hugley enjoyable through the excellence of your company and the Travel Plus representatives and drivers.

I would in particular mention the exceptional service we received in Cairo from the guide and the driver. They were corteous and efficient at all times  - a pleasure to have them as our rep and driver. Your guides were as good as it gets and made the ancient temples and tombs spring to life.This is the first time we have used Peltours and we look forward to booking future holidays with your company.

I have spent a week at the Marriott with my husband (28.03.09) and would like to say what a wonderful time we had. The hotel is lovely and the staff were brilliant. Very polite and helpful, the service was great though not intrusive. Our room which was upgraded to a kingsize room overlooking the beach and sea, was cleaned every day by a lovely young man and I liked the environmental idea of not necessarily changing towels and linen every day its the customers choice. The hotel setting was wonderful and the pool area very clean and well maintained. The restaurant had a superb buffet morning and evening with plenty of choice and wonderful pastries, it catered for everyone with the various themed nights an added experience. Also there was no pressure to take any of the many trips offerred, we went for a quite break in the sun and thats what we got. I have recommended this holiday on Trip Advisor and we certainly hope to go back next year. I am sure it is much busier and hectic in this high season, but we were very pleased with all that we encountered and had a wonderful time, please pass my thanks to the hotel manager and all the staff. I shall try to e-mail them myself or write direct. Once again thank you for a lovely holiday.

I would like to let you know that from the moment I booked the holiday to Monday 9  February, the date I arrived back, I found the service and friendliness superb.

 

I would like you to know how extremely helpful Walaa had been and also the guide  (whose name escapes me at the moment) who escorted us to St Catherine's Monastery and Petra.  The guide in Jordan was also superb.

 

Thank you - I will certainly use Peltours again and wish to return to the Marriott in the not too distant future.

 

 

 

We have just returned yesterday from your 'Splendour of the Nile' tour and for the first time ever have decided to write to express our delight in almost every aspect of the holiday arranged by you and coordinated in Egypt by your representatives Travel Plus.
 
TP staff were there promptly every time they were expected and provided more support and assistance than we have ever experienced before.   We were particularly impressed by Khaleed, with whom we had the most contact, and who immediately made us feel welcome and relaxed and we were able to enjoy our holiday from the moment we left Cairo airport.  He seemed a lovely man who genuinely wanted to ensure that we had the best possible experience in Egypt.
 

I just wanted to take a few moments to write and say how much my husband and I enjoyed our holiday.

From the moment we stepped off the plane at Cairo and were meet by our tour guide to the moment we stepped back on the plan, every thing was perfect.

 

The hotel we stayed in (Meridien Pyramids) was excellent and our cruise boat (Prince Abbas) was excellent.  The staff were wonderful and nothing was to much trouble.   Our guide on the Prince Abbas was very informative about all the places we stopped of at and it was nice not been in a big group, this was just perfect.

Just a short note of many thanks for organising the Egypt/Nile trip for my Mother and I. The itinerary that we finalised on was perfect for us and Mum had the trip of a lifetime.

 

Thanks to all the Peltours staff who made sure we had everthing needed and did their best to take the hassle out of the transfers. The two tour guides we very friendly and knowledgable, and again, did their best to make our trip the best possible.

 

The only thing that could be improved, is to have a better understanding of the tipping. At first it was difficult to know how much to give and when!

 

Several friends have shown an interest in our trip and I have recommended Yourself and Peltours, Once again many thanks.

 

 

Dear Peltours

We have just come back from a week’s holiday in the Movenpick Resort Taba and I have to congratulate all your staff in Egypt for a most excellent holiday experience. We visited Cairo organised by Peltours and the organisation of the trip was fantastic so a big thanks to all of them. We had an excellent tour guide by the name of Mandoor from Travel Plus and he was excellent.

I would also like to thank the staff in the UK as when XL went under we were worried that the trip would have to be cancelled but with the hard work of your office staff we were able to go and have a fabulous holiday.

The Movenpick Resort was fabulous also it was so clean and the staff so attentive.

I have just returned from the Movenpick Resort in Taba. I had a lovely time the weather was just perfect and I wished I had booked for 2 weeks instead of just 1 week. The staff are the most welcoming, attentive I have come across on my travels. The resort was spotless, how they managed this was baffling as I never saw the cleaning staff they where inconspicuous, as it should be. The only down side was the inside pool was not in operation due to maintenance and the outside pool was very cold, I was looking forward to morning swims in the inside pool and the resort would benefit from another bar area. The new spa was lovely and the treatments excellent, I went with my mother and she had her eyebrows, nails and hair done while she was there and it was excellent service and very reasonable. We met some lovely people who made our holiday even better; everyone I spoke to had a wonderful time. I did get badly bitten by mosquitoes and would suggest that they spray the pool areas more. I have travelled with Peltours previously and again I have received a wonderful service. The staff are knowledgeable and we had our room numbers given to us on the coach transfer, everything was excellent.

I would highly recommend this hotel and travel operator.

I'm writing to thank you for a wonderful holiday I have just returned from that I booked with Peltours. I have been very impressed with the service that you have provided, from the booking of the holiday to the transfer to resort and back to Taba airport, Egypt.

The Marriott resort that we stayed at was very clean and the staff very helpful. The Peltours representative was very knowledgeable and helpful when we arrived in Taba. I did like the fact that we were given all the information we needed on the coach to the resort and knew which room we were staying in before we arrived at the resort. This then helped in our luggage being delivered correctly to our room.
