A most excellent holiday experience

Dear Peltours

We have just come back from a week’s holiday in the Movenpick Resort Taba and I have to congratulate all your staff in Egypt for a most excellent holiday experience. We visited Cairo organised by Peltours and the organisation of the trip was fantastic so a big thanks to all of them. We had an excellent tour guide by the name of Mandoor from Travel Plus and he was excellent.

I would also like to thank the staff in the UK as when XL went under we were worried that the trip would have to be cancelled but with the hard work of your office staff we were able to go and have a fabulous holiday.

The Movenpick Resort was fabulous also it was so clean and the staff so attentive.

Movenpick - Taba

I have just returned from the Movenpick Resort in Taba. I had a lovely time the weather was just perfect and I wished I had booked for 2 weeks instead of just 1 week. The staff are the most welcoming, attentive I have come across on my travels. The resort was spotless, how they managed this was baffling as I never saw the cleaning staff they where inconspicuous, as it should be. The only down side was the inside pool was not in operation due to maintenance and the outside pool was very cold, I was looking forward to morning swims in the inside pool and the resort would benefit from another bar area. The new spa was lovely and the treatments excellent, I went with my mother and she had her eyebrows, nails and hair done while she was there and it was excellent service and very reasonable. We met some lovely people who made our holiday even better; everyone I spoke to had a wonderful time. I did get badly bitten by mosquitoes and would suggest that they spray the pool areas more. I have travelled with Peltours previously and again I have received a wonderful service. The staff are knowledgeable and we had our room numbers given to us on the coach transfer, everything was excellent.

I would highly recommend this hotel and travel operator.

I'm writing to thank you for a wonderful holiday I have just returned from that I booked with Peltours. I have been very impressed with the service that you have provided, from the booking of the holiday to the transfer to resort and back to Taba airport, Egypt.

The Marriott resort that we stayed at was very clean and the staff very helpful. The Peltours representative was very knowledgeable and helpful when we arrived in Taba. I did like the fact that we were given all the information we needed on the coach to the resort and knew which room we were staying in before we arrived at the resort. This then helped in our luggage being delivered correctly to our room.

I look forward to booking with you next year :-)

Good afternoon Peltours

I would like to thank you for the wonderful holiday we have just experienced. We chose this resort as it seemed to meet all our requirements. It more than succeeded. I travelled with my husband and two adult children for a relaxing, get away from it all holiday. Movenpick certainly produced that. When we arrived our rooms were upgraded , free of charge. We requested rooms close to one another, if possible, and we got adjoining rooms - even better. We never moved from the resort for a full week! there was no need. The food was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and polite. We were one of the unlucky travellers who flew with XL, which collapsed during our stay, but the tour rep put us at ease immediately and and told us to enjoy our holiday as you were working on our flights home. We did just that and returned home, as originally arranged on Monday 15th September, the only change being that we flew from a different airport. Again your Peltours rep put us at ease. We had a totally stress free holiday and it was only when we arrived home we realised how lucky we had been as many people were still having difficulties getting home.

I would certainly return to Movenpick without a second thought and would certainly use yourselves as the agent.

Movenpick Taba: Really good value - will return

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to let you know that we had a fabulous holiday at the Movenpick Hotel in Taba. The standards of the hotel especially the rooms and public areas were high and most of the staff were excellent. The food was slightly repetitive however it was always warm and flavourful and the fact that you could eat the set menu at either Chopsticks or Sherazard as many times as you wished during your stay was a nice change in scenery.

I have travelled extensively and have been fortunate to stay around the world in many 5* hotels. I would place the Movenpick as a 4*+ and felt that it represented excellent value for money.

We would certainly go back and stay again.

I'd like to thank you for a magnificent holiday at the Marriott in Taba Heights.

I've just returned from a 1 week holiday and it was the best holiday I've had in a while. From booking in London until arriving in Taba, everything went smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised. The service I received at the Marriott was exceptional. The staff were second to none and made my visit most enjoyable - I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Thank you very much for working with Marriott and their team of staff, I will definately be returning next year. My room wasn't exactly UK 5* but I certainly didn't go without!!

The most amazing experience

We have just returned from our ‘Gift of the Nile’ holiday with your company. It was the most amazing experience. From start to finish the experience was simply outstanding. The personal service we received from your first class operators, guides and drivers made us feel very special. The choices of cruise boat and hotel were brilliant.

We really were delighted that for all our time in Cairo we had our own vehicle, driver and guide, Heba, a true expert. We considered ourselves especially fortunate in joining a small group of 4 other like-minded travellers on the Nile cruise and once again an excellent guide, Hassan a lecturer in Egyptology at a university, you cannot get more expert than that!

The cruiser, the Radamis II, is surely one of the best on the Nile. All your operators were friendly, efficient, informative and tireless in making sure we were transferred and checked in with minimum fuss and effort, everything had been thought of and catered for.

Please pass on our thanks to all your representatives at Travelplus in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan for their help and efficiency. Once again thank you for making our ruby wedding celebration holiday a truly “Great Gift’”

Holiday of a lifetime

Dear Peltours

I have recently returned from your "Where Ancient meets New Holiday of a Lifetime". It was indeed just that - a holiday of a lifetime!

I found the holiday on the internet and it was booked and arranged through On Your Travels as a surprise for my partner. All she knew was we were going to Egypt for 2 weeks.

From start to finish the experience was simply outstanding. The personal service we received from your first rate operators, guides and drivers made us feel like royalty. The choices of resort, cruise boat, hotels and flight timings was faultless. We really were amazed that for all our time in Cairo we had our own vehicle, driver and expert guide. We were especially fortunate in joining a fun crowd on the Nile cruise, though that was probaly not your fault! All your operators were friendly, efficient, informative and tireless in making sure we were transferred and checked in with minimum fuss and effort.

I am a seasoned traveller and have had been on many expeditions and had many wonderful experiences, and can honestly say that this holiday was one of the best. I cannot fault any part of it.
