An impressive beachfront hotel offering a colourful stay with high standards of comfort and service. Children should feel at home, ensuring a relaxing holiday for everyone.

Location

Just 45 minutes from Taba Airport, the hotel is located in the resort area of Taba Heights, between the colourful mountains of South Sinai and the crystal blue lagoons of the Red Sea. surounded by natural beauty, the hotel has its own private beach.   

Rooms

270 spacious and elegantly furnished guest rooms with air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, bathroom, hairdryer, minibar, safe and balcony.

Rooms: Plaza Room

As with a regular room with very large balcony or terrace, with 2 chairs and 2 deckchairs.

Maximum occupancy:  2 Adults + 2 children (2 - 11 years)
Note: Maximum of 1 extra bed per room - this will be a camper bed or z-bed

Rooms: Junior Suite

As with a Plaza room but bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. Large balcony with 2 chairs and 2 deckchairs.

Maximum occupancy: 2 Adults + 2 chilcren (2 - 11 years)
Note: Maximum of 1 extra bed per room - this will be a camper bed or z-bed

Rooms: Family Suite

As above but consists of 2 bedrooms: 1 twin bedded and 1 double bedded; a living area with dining table. Bathroom has bathtub. All are on the ground floor with terrace. These rooms are extremely popular and early booking is recommended.

Maximum occupancy: 2 Adults + 4 children or 4 Adults.
Note: A maximum of 1 extra bed can be put in room – this will be a z-bed or camper bed

  Note: The Baboo Club is for children aged 4-12 years. In addition to children being able to use the facilities free of charge, parents can have the option of a fully organised children's programme which is payable locally (approximately US$15 for a day - check locally for up to date prices). Includes a variety of activities such as: painting, drawing, colouring, cutting and scotching, puzzles, ping-pong, gym, contests, juggling, swimming, pool games, watching cartoons, and more. This is subject to availability.
  

Baboo Club for children aged 4-12 years

The Sofitel is proud to introduce their Baboo Club.  In addition to children being able to use facilities free of charge, parents can have the option of a fully organised supervised children's programme which is payable locally (approx. US$12 for a day or US$70 for a week - check locally for up-to-date prices). Including a variety of activities such as: painting, drawing, colouring, cutting & scotching, puzzles, ping pong, contests, juggling, swimming, pool games, cartoons and more.

Wine & Dine

All meals for all-inclusive holidays are served in the main dining, buffet style.

In addition, the hotel offers a poolside barbeque and bar; A la carte restaurant (Al Fresco) with specialising in a variety of fish dishes; Fun Pub and a new Oriental restaurant L'Asiatic. All a la carte meals are payable locally.

Breakfast - Full buffet breakfast (Main restaurant) from 07.00 to 10.30

Drinks served between 11.00 - 23.00 including local beer, local spirits, can juices, soft drinks and hot beverages including coffee & tea. 
Local wine including white, red and rose is only included during the lunch & dinner time in the all inclusive restaurant from 13.00 to 15.00 & 18.30 to 22.00

Please note: All drinks are served by the glass & must be collected individually from the designated bars.
Alcoholic drinks for people aged over 18 years only.

All consumptions after 23.00 hours must be paid for.

Free Leisure activities which include Gym, tennis court (daytime), Jacuzzi, Sauna & Table tennis.

NOTE: All-inclusive finishes at midday on the day of your departure. Please ensure that you are aware of this if your return flight is later in the day or in the case of any delay.  Drinks are not included in the New year Gala Dinner and must be paid for locally.
