Exclusive Jordan - Day 1 - Tuesday, Fly direct to Amman

On arrival at Amman Airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to the Marriott Amman hotel for overnight stay.

Exclusive Jordan - Day 2 - Wendesday

After breakfast, enjoy a panoramic tour of Amman city - then head to the Dead Sea (approximately 40 minute drive away), staying at the Jordan Valley Marriott Resort & Spa.  Relax and enjoy the sunset with dinner and overnight at the Dead Sea.

Exclusive Jordan - Day 3 - Thursday

After breakfast, check-out of the hotel, head for Mount Nebo (approximately 40 minute drive away) the alleged burial sight of Moses, for a tour visiting the mosaic city of Madaba which is a 10 minute drive away from Mount Nebo, where the oldest map of the Holy Land exists on the floor of St George's Church, and then - head to the crusader Castle of Kerak, where there will be a tour for an hour.  You will start your journey to Petra, staying at the Marriott Petra for dinner and overnight.

Exclusive Jordan - Day 4 - Friday

After breakfast, start your full day visit to Petra - begin this magnificent day in Petra, this city was carved into the rose-red Sarah Mountains by the Nabateans and lost to civilization until recovered by the Swiss Burkhardt.  Walk through the Siq, a narrow and winding fissure between the cliffs, to reach the treasury, the theatre, the courts and Qasr Bint Pharaoun.  Includes an optional horse ride at the beginning or at the end of your tour.  You will then head back to the Marriott Petra for dinner and overnight.

Exclusive Jordan - Day 5 - Saturday

After breakfast, transfer to Aqaba Airport (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes drive) for your flight to Amman to connect with your flight back to Heathrow,

Ideally located for Petra, all rooms have air-conditioning, bathroom, hair dryer.  The hotel offers Italian a la carte dining (pay locally), outdoor pool, Turkish Bath and sauna (payable locally)

Jordan Valley Marriott Resort & Spa, Dead Sea

Set in luxurious surroundings with majestic views and sunsets.  Most rooms offer a view of the Dead Sea and have air-conditioning, bathroom, hairdryer and mini-bar.  Achoice of a la carte dining (payable locally), beach and pool bar, 3 swimming pools with 4 whirlpools, and a host of invigorating treatments using the natural elements of the Dead Sea (pay locally).

• Rooms NOT suitable for 3 adults
• Children cannot be accommodated in the same room as 2 adults and another room will be required.  This results in paying adult prices.

Passport & Visa requirements

• All visitors to Jordan must have at least six months validity on their passports from the date of arrival.
• British and other EU passport holders can obtain a visa on arrival at the airport in Jordan, nationals of other countries are advised to contact the Jordanian embassy to check visa requirements.
