The Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa will present a new world of dining experience. whether you desire authentic Mediterranean, spicy Asian, delicious Middle Eastern or flavoursome vegetarian, the chefs are commited to creating and unforgetable experience.

Guests on half board will dine in the hotel's main buffet restaurant Mozaique. The hotel also offers a choice of a la carte restaurants and bars (payable locally): Waves - located on the beachside renowned for it's freshly prepared seafood dishes, Al Falaj - all day cafe, serving light snacks, cakes and pastries, Tabu - bar with daily music entertainment, Tropicana - pool bar serving drinks and snacks.
