Special Assistance

Wheelchair assistance can be provided at the airports by both Monarch Airlines and XL Airways and has to be booked directly with the flight carrier after confirming your holiday. Assistance can be provided for disabled/mobility impaired passengers from check in, upon proof of disabled badge (otherwise a charge will be incurred) until arrival at the destination airport baggage reclaim hall. For any other special requests, it is advisable to contact the airline directly. Special assistance is on request only and cannot be guaranteed.
