Monarch Airlines gives the highest priority to the safety of their passengers and are regulated by the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as well as holding an Air Operators Certificate (AOC). Updated constantly with new technology, Monarch has also set up its own Air Safety Reporting System which it shares operation experience and expertise.

XL Airways are licensed by the CAA and maintain some of the highest standards in the industry. Regular checks are taken on their aircraft and maintain extensive audit and quality control systems.
