Arriving at your destination

You will be required to complete a landing card which will need to be presented to the Customs or Immigration authorities in the arrivals hall.  The cabin crew will distribute the necessary landing cards prior to arrival to allow you to pass smoothly through the local arrivals process.

Hint: It is useful to have your passport details handy in case you can complete the immigration form while on the plane prior to your arrival.
