Although Sousse oozes history and excitement, still the most famous tourist attraction is the soft golden Boujaffar Beach with its international hotels, restaurants and bars. For a spot of retail therapy, head to the Soula Shopping Centre, which is said to be the largest fixed-price shopping centre in Tunisia, or try Souq er-Ribba, the medina's hectic commercial centre.
