Buffet breakfast in the main restaurant (7am-10am)
Buffet lunch in the main restaurant (1pm-3pm)
Buffet dinner in the main restaurant (7pm-10.30pm). A food credit of LE30 per person is available to guests who wish to dine in the Intercontinental's a la carte restaurants - Lagoon or El Mar - in the evening.
Snacks: Afternoon tea (4.30pm-5.30pm) at the Reef Bar (located by the beach), where you will enjoy a selection of tea, coffee, French pastries, English cake, juices and ice cream (until 31 October 2010 only)
Beverages: Soft drinks, tea and coffee and local alcohol served at a variety of outlets (10am-11pm). Imported alcoholic drinks are not included in the all-inclusive package.

Sports & leisure: Complimentary access to the fitness centre.

All meal times and locations are subject to change without notice.

Taba Heights
Taba Heights is situated on the Sinai Peninsula with spectacular breathtaking scenery of white beaches and azure waters.

This prestigious 18 hole, par 72 course provides golfers with breath-taking views. Situated in the middle of a desert it lays between the incredible Sinai Mountains and the azure blue waters of the Red Sea.

This course is suitable for golfers of all levels and there are many target fairways and approach shots over lakes.

Coloured Canyon Jeep Safari

Experience the feeling of a timeless world, free of daily stress and see the wonders of the desert, coloured rock, rare fauna and fascinating geological structures.
Drive through impressive desert scenery, led by a guide, into the granite and Sandstone Mountains, passing an occasional water spring. Arriving at the Coloured Canyon, walk past the different rock colours after which the canyon is named. Then on to Nuweiba, a fishing village on the coast, for lunch and leisure time before returning to your hotel.
