Buffet breakfast in the main restaurant. Special light and whole foods are available on request.
A la carte at the Beach Grill restaurant or sandwiches at the Beach Hut (excluding daily blackboard specials). Special light and whole foods are available on request.
Buffet style dinner in the main restaurant, or set menus at L'Emporio or La Residence des Cascades restaurants. Guests wishing to dine a la carte have the option of a non-refundable credit of US$20 (to be spent on food only). Special light and whole foods are available on request.
Snacks: Afternoon tea & coffee (4pm-6pm) plus cakes served at the Solar bar & terrace.
Unlimited ice cream for children (midday - 5pm).

Beverages: Unlimited soft drinks, local beer and local wine (10am-midnight), plus beverages in your in-room minibar.

Sports and leisure: One hour per day's use of tennis, squash or croquet courts (excludes equipment), unlimited use of the fitness centre, sauna, aerobic classes and aqua gym sessions, unlimited use of snorkelling equipment, one hour per room per day's use of sailing boat (catamaran or laser; valid sailing licence must be presented) or one hour per person per day's use of windsurf equipment (surf/board only), introductory surfing, diving and golf lessons once per week.

Spirits, liquors and room service are not included in the all inclusive package. Times and locations subject to change without notice. The all inclusive package ends at midday on your day of departure.
